I know what you’re thinking right now. You’re thinking the only way Lushin conducts training is in a classroom. This conjures up memories from grade school where you had to listen to your teacher drone on about a certain subject for hours on end, and you could barely keep your eyes open.
But, you’re not in grade school anymore, and Lushin isn’t like other sales training.
While we do some of our training in a classroom-style setting, it’s not the traditional approach that you’ve experienced in the past. The classroom sessions are interactive and we work through content and role-playing exercises to help you and your people quickly grasp key concepts and knowledge. Our goal is for you to use the training and coaching we provide right away, and we do this by making it real-world and teaching you how to apply it in your day-to-day selling business. We keep the sessions fun because we believe that you learn and retain more information if it is fun and entertaining.
All of that said, training does take place outside of the classroom. We understand that your business is unique, and sales in your industry may be different from other companies and industries. Because of this, we often do training and coaching at our clients’ office locations. One-to-one sessions, calls, and meetings take place where you and your people need them. We base the training and coaching content, frequency, and location on what makes the most sense for your world.
