Suzie Andrews, President/CEO, brings over 30+ years of sales, sales management, and leadership experience to her clients at St. Louis-based Sandler Training® licensee, Lushin formerly Stark and Associates, Inc. Suzie spent 11 years as an associate with Stark and in May of 2014 she realized her dream to own the business.  She works with Presidents, CEOs, and business owners assisting them with the overall development and improvement of their sales organizations utilizing her personal experience and the “best practice” tools and Sandler processes.

Suzie began her business career as an entry-level salesperson for a national payment services company, was awarded “Rookie of the Year” her first year, and quickly progressed to a senior account management position and top one or two in sales year after year.  Success eventually led to management as Senior V.P. of Sales for another national payment services firm.  After further success in an IT career, Suzie became president of her own IT Training and Development Company in St. Louis.  Since joining Sandler Training | Stark & Associates in March 2003, Suzie has built a well-established client base made up of dynamic, growth-oriented St. Louis-based business.  She has been recognized numerous times by Sandler Training® for consistent performance as one of the top sales associates in the worldwide network and as one of the top 10 franchises worldwide. In November 2023 Suzie sold her franchise to Lushin, Inc, another top 10 Sandler franchise. She remains with the Lushin team continuing as a market president. Her role continues to be promoting and supporting growth and success with her clients. The “WHY” is the same “Have a positive impact on people and business results.

Suzie is currently involved in The Little Bit Foundation as an Emeritus board member and chair of the capital campaign. She is also a board member for Mission St. Louis.

Suzie has a BA in communications with a minor in business from Loyola University in New Orleans.  She has become a sought-after speaker in the St. Louis community talking to groups on topics such as Sales Leadership, A-Player Selling, Growing and Managing an Overachieving Sales Team, and Effective Communication to name a few.  She is a certified speaker for Vistage International.  She is also a certified DISC instructor and trainer.
