Ray is a seasoned sales professional with a passion for the hospitality industry. Growing up, he learned to appreciate how immersing yourself in a dining experience and environment could truly brighten people's days. This knowledge inspired him to move from the serving world into sales, where he felt he could make a bigger impact by leading and coaching his team to find their gifts and grow in their roles. His main goal is to help bring positive change to the notion of being a salesperson. Ray has a passion for challenging people to be the best version of themselves by helping to improve their strengths and teaching them new tools to use in order to have better conversations. When Ray isn't at work, you can usually find him enjoying time with his two pups, playing Call of Duty online with his longtime friends, or riding his motorcycle.
