The 14% with a plan are TEN times more successful than the 83% without one. But those 3% with documented goals are THREE times more successful than the 14%. This is shaping up to be quite the math problem, but you get it – a plan is fine, but documented goals is the stuff superstars are made of. At Lushin, we don’t settle for “fine” and we don’t want you to do so either. If you want to be in your goal-hitting era in 2024, then join us for our annual vision board class. A vision board gets you in to the 3% category of being voted “most likely to succeed”. 

What you'll need:

• GOALS. This is a two-part event. Part one is all about creating goals. We will provide the guidance and the worksheets, you just need to show up ready to set goals!
• If you’re coming in person: Lushin will provide printed or digital goal sheets, white poster board, glue sticks, magazines, and access to our printer. Feel free to bring any materials you choose that may inspire your vision.
• If you’re attending virtually: You’ll receive digital goal sheets. You will need to provide your own vision board necessities (poster board, etc.) 

What to expect:

• A recap of how and why to set goals that are meaningful to you.
• Guided goal setting around both the big picture/life goals, and smaller specific goals for the next year.
• A dedicated time on your calendar where you actually make this vision board thing you’ve heard so much about, but never seem to get around to doing.
