Selling Sales Manager

This position will be for a selling sales manager performing a dual role and reports directly to the CEO. The initial role will be to drive revenue thru their own sales efforts, once a trail has been blazed this role will transition to building out a nimble sales team to continue driving revenue.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will be someone who has demonstrated the ability to sell + lead in a long complex sales environment. This person will be a self-starter, be able to build a client base while building a sales team for the future and has the burning desire to be a part of something bigger for the future.

In addition, the ideal candidate must:

· Love to sell and thrive on helping others grow.

· Have strong levels of presence when selling to large Corporate and Gov’t entities.

· Have proven experience managing a pipeline and holding people and themselves accountable.

· Be big picture in nature yet be able to navigate the details required.

· Sell consultatively and not on price.

· Demonstrates a high level of professional maturity

· Know how to utilize data to make decisions on strategy and tactics.

· Be confident in their abilities yet approach situations with humility.

· Strategic in their thinking and value the entrepreneurial spirit.

 

Experience managing and selling in a construction, high end refurbishment or architectural industries preferred.

Experience in the selling/leading a team in the safety/physical security/personal protection industry to Gov’t and Corporate entities a BONUS.

You must have a previous income of $130,000 to apply.
