Remodel Health is looking for a highly driven, results oriented individual to join our business development team in the Indianapolis area.

The Position

Remodel Health is the health benefits software for employers that helps them save money and care better for their teams.

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about and excels at business development.

You will be spending the majority of your time contacting potential customers to get them interested in talking to and coordinating new appointments with the Remodel Health Engagement (Sales) team.

This position requires expertise in all aspects of prospecting for new prospective client conversations. Therefore, one must have a track record of finding new opportunities as well as setting up strong next meetings and conversations. This is a consultative solution-based sales position – you must be able to sell on value and not on price. Having excellent problem-solving skills is critical in helping our clients achieve success.

 

Engagement Coordinator Requirements

  • Sets personal and company sales goals and objectives and tracks progress toward their achievement.
  • Prior success contacting and speaking with owner, executive, and management levels of churches, non-profits, and small businesses.
  • Ability to drive new opportunities into the pipeline using defined daily behaviors and activities.
  • The capability of maintaining/cultivating up to 100 prospects simultaneously.
  • Answering the sales line to field all general in-bound questions.
  • Cold calling/emailing to generate qualified leads of prospective target customers.
  • Coordinating/qualifying leads from marketing channels for the Engagement (Sales) Team.
  • Scrubbing/analyzing prospect data and preparing proposals for the Engagement (Sales) Team.
  • Maintain accurate and timely electronic records of all prospecting activities utilizing CRM software including the data entry of established contacts, sales calls, and other follow-up activities.
  • Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal skills - can effectively and respectfully actively listen and communicate within every level at a company.
  • Effective analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills (can gather and analyze data and information and draw conclusions).
  • Experience managing client communications and resolve customer issues and objections that arise.

You must have a minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales development or other related experience.

You must be located near Indianapolis.


Preferred Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in tech sales, preferably with SaaS products.
  • Experience selling to companies, churches, or nonprofits.
  • The capability of maintaining/cultivating up to 100 prospects simultaneously.
  • Ability to prospect and qualify leads using both cold calling/emailing.
  • Track record of over-achieving quota in previous positions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with emotional intelligence Interest and ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.

 

Base salary will range from $30,000 to $40,000, plus bonuses, based on experience. Expected OTE in year 1 is up to $60,000.
