Paul Lushin – Sales Trainer, Executive Coach, Owner
Paul is a native Hoosier who following a seven year career in law enforcement re-entered the selling profession as a Territory Manager with ECOLAB, a fortune 500 company based in St. Paul, Minnesota. Here, Lushin quickly broke sales records and began his ascent in the company. As District Manager in St. Louis, Missouri, Lushin exceeded sales quotas and was twice ranked nationally in his company. In 1993, his district broke an equipment sales record and was ranked first in the country.
Today Paul is the owner of Lushin and Associates, Inc. It is in his training center where individuals first learn of Lushin’s professional sales and management philosophy that emphasizes the importance of not only making a living, but also making a difference. Given his dedication to the profession, Paul has stood out among his colleagues and has been recognized for his outstanding achievements.
Aaron Prickel – Sales Trainer, Executive Coach
Aaron, a graduate of Ball State University, is an Indiana native who has over a decade of sales success in his career working with leading companies in Indiana. Aaron brings experience to Lushin in direct sales, selling for major brands and working with large corporate customers.
After joining Lushin as a client, Aaron went on to gain early success in his sales career. He decided to use his accomplishments and Lushin training to help train other sales people and leaders of sales driven companies by becoming part of the Lushin staff. His proven success in sales and unmatched energy help Lushin clients to achieve maximum success in business and life.
Chuck Zimmerman – Sales Trainer, Executive Coach
Originally from Elkhart Indiana, Chuck began his professional career as a carpenter for 13 years. He eventually started his own business focusing on custom interior work. After building a custom kitchen for the owner of Aspen Marketing Chuck closed his business and went to work for Aspen in West Chicago, Il. Chuck moved back to Indiana and became VP of sales for Tri-Auto Marketing which is where he became a client of Lushin. Lushin had a huge impact on the selling process for Chuck and his sales force.
In 2008 Chuck joined the Lushin team bringing with him a unique ability to connect with the clients focusing on developing you as a person rather than just a salesperson.
Karen Casey – Sales Trainer, Executive Coach
Karen Casey is a native Hoosier, raised in Valparaiso, Indiana. An alumna of Purdue University, she graduated with distinction having earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and a minor in Psychology.Following graduation she started her career in sales with an automotive marketing company. Karen quickly built an impressive book of business and was then promoted to Regional Account Director. In this position it was Karen’s primary responsibility to recruit, hire and train the company’s sales force.
In 2004 Karen became a client of Lushin and Associates, Inc. She incorporated the knowledge and skills gained through this training into her daily sales routine which directly influenced her ability to successfully sell. With more than seven years in sales and sales management, Karen decided to bring her selling style to the Lushin team. It is now her mission to assist in bringing confidence and clarity to the sales process for her clients.
